TST.Fashion Tell All

Wasn't Jaymie FABULOUS??? So beautiful inside and out.. Well today we have another A-MaZiNg Fashionista visitor.

SHEENA from Life In My Heels.
You guys will fall in Love with her, just like we did ;)

eek!
trulie-scrumptious fashion week?!
yes please.
I was more than honored to have been asked to guest post on this adorable blog about fashion.
These girls are just too cute for words and I can't wait to meet them in real life someday.
..........................
so here we go...
I LOVE all things fashion!
I became quite obsessed with old black and white movies and it grew from there.
fashion has always intrigued me.
in all different eras.
from the fabulous miss audrey hepburn...
to our modern day reese witherspoon, jessica simpson and zooey deschannel.
I love a good jean and heel day.
I also love dressing up in a cute fancy dress.
and I love getting dressed down with my country boots and roots.
but...
as much as I enjoy all kinds of bangles & jangles. a cute pair of jeans with heels. and killer make.up & hair products...
I THINK...
the most fashionable style tip everyone must have is
SELF CONFIDENCE.
whether you're short. tall. bigger or smaller.
we all want to be what we aren't in some way or another.
we're women. we're programmed to think that.
(i'm probably just speaking for myself though.)
but we need to LOVE the body we're in.
and I think once we are okay with not being "perfect" in our eyes or in someone else's...
we instantly become beautiful inside & out.
and we feel beautiful.
and then all of the fun jewelry; clothes and acessories become the icing on the cake!
............................................
my most favorite thing about shopping...
is getting some killer clothes for a bargain!
i get such a rush from getting a cute shirt or pair of jeans... and especially heels for a steal!
YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY A LOT OF MONEY
for cute clothes and style!
as a single girl... money wasn't a huge issue.
then i got married and the budget got a little more tight,
but not enough to make me not want to go shopping.
and now... after a little girl, a hubby, a car and a house to look after...
finances and need's & want's become a lot different.
i was destined to still be a stylish mom & wife, but keep it to a budget we could afford.
after discovering ross and tj maxx... my mission to find style on a budget became a success!
seriously ladies.
you can do it too.
here are some of my favorites...
i think half of my wardrobe comes from either of those stores.
and i love it because you're not getting duplicates of the same thing on every girl you see.
because they're always getting in shipments...
there is maybe 4 or 5 of the same shirt, dress, etc. and then they're gone.
...........................................
if you're in the souteast idaho area...
visit a local boutique called SWAGGER
i like to think of it as buckle clothes, but cuter
and without the price!
i go in almost every week to check out her sweet deals & cute cothes, shoes and accessories she gets in.
i also like BOLD.
so these sexy heels from swagger HAD to go home with me.
...............................
make your own accessories!
i LOVE the hippie head bands. or flapper girl head bands.
whichever you prefer.
so i make a lot of mine. and i'm always on the hunt for new ones.
...........................................
oh... and... lip gloss is always a must have.
for me at least.
the most important thing to remember...
is to be YOU!
wear what you love and own it!
thanks for letting me share with you some of my favorite places to shop.
i know you all can be fashionista's too and do it on a budget.
you can always visit me over here... on my personal blog too.
i LOVE new bloggity friends!
THANKS again to the fabulous trulie.scrumptious sistas for having such a fun fashion blog week!
