I have to say it's a shame that Mother's Day is only once a year.  I think we need a day off once a month personally....

jus sayin..

But for all you lovely mothers, mothers to be, grandmothers, aunts,--heck all you beautiful women out there:

I wish you a day off of dishes, laundry, making dinner, (ect.) and may you sit on your lovely comfortable couch eating bon-bons all day while watching Mama Mia. Or something equally enjoyable.  
(Like my sister who will be on her way to Hawaii... SERIOUSLY??!)

I haven't made these yet, but they've been sitting in my emails' inbox for a while and thought I should at least put them on here so that one day in the near future I'd be motivated to make them..

Ok, I just want you to make them for me and bring it to me to gobble up! :)  I haven't been in the slightest of moods to make anything this week.

I think it's the weather.  It's too nice to cook.  But really just putting them on here is making my mouth water.  I love me some good Thai food. Not sure that Boise is the best place to get "authentic" Thai, but hey-at least I can make it from home and indulge whilst in my sweats :D  These recipes are perfect for the upcoming summer season.

I have been doing a lot of recipes lately--I'm trying to get my recipes organized in paper as they are on my Pinterest board.  I expect to be done....um, probably never.  Always a work in progress.

This morning was a pancake morning and a good batch it was.  They were light, fluffy and ooh oooh scrumptious!

As l may have mentioned here that my baby will be turning one on Sunday...  Not sure if I'm quite ready for it.

To keep me distracted, I've been busy with his little party that I've been trying to keep low-key, but I always usually go overboard.  My husband just rolls his eyes at me and wonders why I get stressed and can't turn my brain off.  I'm sure there's a pill for that...

I'm very excited for his UNO BBQ and I wanted to share my little dibs with ya'll.
