I just started trai...OOh, I'm loving this post! I just started training for my first 5K last week ANNND my little brother is getting married in August, so I'm all about being healthy and getting skinny right now! Lately, to curb my want for sweets I've been freezing bananas (riper ones) and then blending it up with a little milk, cocoa powder and peanut butter. You blend it to the consistency of frozen yogurt and it is SERIOUSLY so good! Since the bananas are ripe, they're really sweet and I don't even add sugar!
